Adoption Letters
We work with you via telephone and e-mail.
You provide us with your IAC approved text and photos - send the text as a Word Document, and the photos as jpg files.
We put together a design draft based on your likes and preferences.
Once you approve the design draft, we lay out the rest of the letter and send it to you via digital proof.
We continue to work with you until you and your agency are 100% satisfied with your letter.
We provide print quality PDF to the online printer of your choice.

Adoption Websites
We design the letter first, if we are doing it, then work on your website.
We have no limit to the number of pages your website can have -- we design it around your letter, using the same colors, fonts, and graphics where ever possible.
You will need to purchase your own domain name and hosting account.

Costs
Adoption Letters and Websites are priced at a flat fee of $450 each. We offer a $50 package discount when you order both your letter and website from us, and we offer a $50 discount to clients of the
Independent Adoption Center. There are no hidden fees or additional costs.

Payments
We require a $150 deposit to put you on our schedule and officially make you a client. Once you are a client, you can start sending your files! A second payment is due at completion of the letter, and a final payment due at completion of the website. You can pay by check made out to Jamie Clark, or use your credit card through Paypal.
