Ordering Information

You may scan your photo or take it to a professional scanning service. The photos should be submitted in the highest
resolution possible, at least 300 dpi, as a .jpg, .tif, or .gif file.

You can e-mail your photos to us, or send a disk with the digital files to our mailing address. We will contact you
promptly once we receive your photos.

Include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and a description of the work you want done.
Please provide descriptive instructions regarding your Order/Request (i.e. repair torn photograph, remove
discoloration, add color, repair fading, remove my ex-husband from photo, etc.) If we have any questions we will
call or e-mail you for clarification. If you are mailing us the photos or a disk, click here for a form you can print, fill
out, and mail with your package.

Please include the following statement:

"I certify that I am the copyright holder or have permission and reserve the right to legally submit the following
photograph(s) to Clark Digital Art for editing, restoration, or reproduction."
